waveywavestudioの商品は手作業で印刷カットを行なっております。
そのため、仕上がりに個体差が生じる場合があります。
また、実物に近い色味で撮影しておりますが、
閲覧環境により実際の色合いと異なる場合があります。
その点を理解した上でご購入いただければ幸いです。
商品は一つ一つ丁寧に制作しております。
配送・発送について
ご注文・ご入金確認後、通常3〜5日以内に発送いたします。
できるだけ早くお届けできるよう心がけております。
※配送遅延や天候・運送事情による遅延はご了承ください。
日本国内：配送は日本郵便のクリックポストでの配送になります。
通常1-3日でお届けいたします。
(一部地域の場合、お時間をいただく場合がございます。)
(一度のご注文の量や、商品の大きさによっては
ゆうパケット等他の配送方法になる場合がございます。)
海外：配送は日本郵便の国際eパケットライトでの発送になります。
送料は国際eパケットライトに記載されている送料をご負担いただきます。
到着まで5-21日程度かかります。

サイトに記載されていても一部地域には発送ができない場合がございます。

返品・返金・交換について
商品に不備があった場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
確認後、交換または返金にて対応させていただきます。
お手数ですが、注文番号・お名前を記載し商品が確認できる画像を添付の上お問い合わせください。
お客様都合による返品・交換は基本的にお受けしておりません。

また配送業者の過失による破損・紛失・遅延などに対する

All items at waveywavestudio are hand-printed and hand-cut.
Therefore, slight variations in finish may occur.
We photograph products as close to the actual color as possible; however, colors may appear different depending on your viewing environment.
We appreciate your understanding of this before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 days after payment confirmation.
We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
Please note that delays due to weather or shipping conditions may occur.
Domestic (Japan):
Delivery is via Japan Post Click Post, usually arriving within 1–3 days.
(Some regions may require additional delivery time.)
Depending on order quantity or item size, other shipping methods such as Yu-Packet may be used.
International:
Delivery is via Japan Post International e-Packet Light.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer according to the rates listed on the International e-Packet Light page.
Delivery typically takes 5–21 days.
Please check the Japan Post International e-Packet Light page for eligible regions.Even if a region is listed on the site, shipping may not be available to certain areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If there is a defect with your item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
After confirmation, we will provide an exchange or refund.
Please include your order number, name, and photos showing the item when contacting us.
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Please understand this in advance.
We do not provide refunds or returns for damages, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
